With a philosophy that marries thoughtfully sourced ingredients and artisanal wine, Silex has quickly become one of Zurich’s favourite destinations. But this shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Tomlin’s style in the kitchen has continued to evolve since his early days as a chef, winning him accolades no matter where he goes. From Melbourne to Switzerland, via London’s Clove Club and Hackney’s favourite, P.Franco, Tomlin’s dishes have wowed audiences far and near.
