For our collaboration dinner this month we are welcoming to the kitchen chef, craftswoman and self-described fermentationniste Lilly Sophie Gratzfeld, also known as Rosa Pilpel, the name of the itinerant project bringing together culinary crafts and the universe of art.
Lilly’s work and ideas revolve around, and are inspired by multiple manifestations of creativity, from music to contemporary art via design and literature. The art of fermentation is one of the pillars of Lilly’s menus, alongside seasonality and sustainability.
Join us for dinner and take a peek with us into the joyful cuisine of this multi-hyphenate artist, while enjoying a selection of wines from our cellar.
The menu will be a set, priced at £70 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
Please note that due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to accommodate dietaries.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
