Combat (Paris) at Planque

For our next collaboration, we have invited to join us Margot Lecarpentier, influential bartender and owner of female-led cocktail bar Combat in Belleville, Paris.

Margot’s journey began in the music industry, and it was during her time living in New York that her passion for cocktails blossomed. After this transformative experience, she returned to native France and in 2017 opened her own bar in Paris.

During two 90 minute sessions, the first at 7:30pm and the second at 9:30pm, hosted at the cellar tables and in the lounge, Margot will treat us to three signature cocktails, each drawing inspiration from her numerous travels and culinary adventures, which will be paired with three small plates created by our chef Seb Myers.

This ticket includes the flight of three cocktails served with the three matching small plates.
