For the next collaboration dinner we have invited our friend Hanz Gueco, head chef of the Parisian restaurant Verjus, located right next to the beautiful Palais Royal Gardens in the first arrondissement.
Originally from Sydney, Hanz has spent time cooking in some of the world most innovative kitchens, from Japan to Singapore via California and Belgium. It’s no surprise if, after having been exposed to such a range of different styles and cultures, today Hanz describes his cooking as 85% classic and 15% creative.
And while the markets are coming alive again, with each week bringing new, fresh, and vibrant ingredients to our tables, we can’t think of a better time to enjoy a menu inspired by the flavours of spring.
The menu will be a set, priced at £75 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
Please note that due to the nature of the event, dietaries cannot be accommodated.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
