For our upcoming guest chef collaboration dinner, we trial a slightly different format as our chef Sebastian Myers will cook dishes from journalist and friend Tony Tan, coming especially from Australia.
Tony is a true connoisseur of all Asian cuisines and his latest book is an absolutely amazing resource in understanding and cooking so many of the continent's iconic dishes.
Join us for an exciting dinner featuring signatures dishes from the book and talk to Tony who will be there especially for the evening.
The menu will be a set, priced at £70 per person. Beverages will be charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 7:00 to 9:30pm.
Please note that due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to accommodate dietaries.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
