Taste & Talk with Sandia Chang
Champagne sommelier extraordinaire Sandia Chang of Bubbleshop joins us in the lounge at Planque for a fun and relaxed tasting and discussion of the wines of champagne producer Olivier Horiot.
Husband and wife team Olivier and Marie Horiot produce exciting sparkling and still champagnes in the commune of Les Riceys, in Aube, practicing organic and biodynamic viticulture, and Sandia is bringing along a sample of what they do best.

New Opening Times
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Summer Break
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
