We delve into the work of one of the most iconic wine makers in Sancerre, François Cotat, and his take on the region's signature grape, Sauvignon Blanc.


Cotat’s philosophy, combining an holistic approach to farming with minimal intervention in the cellar, allows these wines to express their unique beauty in every glass.


Join us for a tasting hosted by our sommelier James in the private dining room La Cachette to enjoy some of our favourite bottles from our cellar and snacks provided by the kitchen, while exploring the outstanding terroirs of Chavignol.

Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.

Summer Break

Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
