With summertime around the corner, and the thrilling prospective of more alfresco drinking opportunities, we’ve rounded up a selection of some of our favourite beers for these warmer days, fruit-infused sours. Make sure to have a cooler bag on hand!
Just like wine, these fruited sours pay homage to the seasons. With each vintage being so connected to the outcome of each individual harvest of the chosen fruit, every bottle is a blend of terroir, creativity, and precision.
From Belgium to Tasmania, we’ll dive into the methods, traditions and flavours that make fruit-infused sours unique.
Join us in the private dining room La Cachette, where our head sommelier James will share a selection from our cellars, with snacks provided by the kitchen.
The Beers:
Two Metre Tall Sour Pumpkin Ale
Cantillon Kriek
Two Metre Tall Sour Cherry Ale
Antidoot Gorsem / Framboos
Cantillon Rosé de Gambrinus
