While Aligoté might not be as renowned as other celebrated Burgundian grapes, it is one we deeply enjoy drinking and it takes the spotlight in this month’s wine dinner.
The white grape, known for its sharp acidity and historically grown in the Côte Chalonnaise, is today cultivated with remarkable results throughout Burgundy, owing to its ability to thrive in different climates and soils.
And of course, in true Burgundian fashion, the aim for the brilliant growers featured in this selection is to make wines that best reflect their places of origin and specific terroirs.
Join our founder Jonathan for an intimate dinner featuring very rare bottles in the dining room La Cachette, and discover some of the most sought-after Aligotés today, alongside a special menu by our chef Seb Myers.
Please note that we cannot accommodate for dietaries during these dinners.
