Wine Dinner: The Summit

There is more to the Alps than ski resorts and dramatic landscapes.

From Savoie to Switzerland via Val d’Aosta, these mountains are also the home of cult winemakers and wines with great ability to age.

So join us for a winter gathering around the table in the private dining room La Cachette, where our founder Jonathan will share some of his favourite mountaintop wines.

The intimate group will enjoy a menu by Chef Seb Myers, inspired by Meredith Erickson’s book Alpine Cooking.
