Wine Dinner: White Heat

Despite different winemaking philosophies and practices, all the growers featured in this dinner contributed to restoring rare native grapes at a time when the market was interested in more widespread varieties.

For this dinner we have selected distinctive cuvées from the growers we look to when in search of the most pure, vibrant, fascinating wines from this region. A comprehensive overview of Savoie, featuring different vintages and different takes on its best grapes, to renew our understanding and appreciation for a region we return to time and again.
