Same grape, different styles. For this month tasting, we take an in-depth look into the different expressions of Savagnin from the Arbois appellation, the oldest and most vast in the Jura region.

From ouillé to sous voile, a selection of exceptional cuvées that highlights the versatility of the Jura’s native grape, while deepening our appreciation for the work that goes into making these wines.

Join our head sommelier James Lewis in the dining room La Cachette to explore the countless nuances of Savagnin, alongside snacks from our kitchen.

New Opening Times

Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.

Summer Break

Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
