Wine Tasting: Ganevat and Students

When we first encountered the wines of Jean-François Ganevat we were filled with a sense of excitement and the instant desire to taste as many cuvées as possible. From his winery in Rotalier, in the Sud Revermont, Ganevat’s work has served as an inspiration to many and influenced a whole new generation of winemakers from near and far.

For this tasting, we are excited to share with you the wines of the the talented Katie Worobeck of Maison Maenad, from Ontario, and Nicolas Jacob, a Jura native. These vignerons share a common desire to put the focus back on the soil’s health while finding ways of working in the cellar to create pure, unique wines evocative of their origins.

Join us for a tasting in the private dining room La Cachette to taste a selection of wines from Ganevat's students, with snack from the kitchen.
