Wine Tasting: New Generation

In a region for centuries constellated with superstar winemakers and their revered crus, a new generation of vignerons is placing their bets on lesser know appellations, writing a new chapter in the history of Burgundian wine.

These experienced winemakers, many of whom trained at some of the most iconic domaines, are focusing on the health of the vineyards and their grapes, while embracing a light-handed approach in the cellar. True to the identity of the region, the result are wines able to convey all the beauty of these terroirs.

Join us in the private dining room La Cachette for an opportunity to take a closer look and taste some of our favourite, and often rare to find bottles, alongside snacks by the kitchen.
