Zen Ong at Planque

Over the August Bank Holiday weekend (Sunday 30th August), we will throw an all-day summer party with guest chef Zen Ong, the Australian/Indonesian chef who is based out of LA.

Known for his nostalgic take on Indonesian flavours in West Hollywood, he brings that same spirit to this pop-up at Planque.

Working alongside Seb Myers, the pair will present a lively, concise menu, complemented by Ong’s signature frozen dessert bars, a selection of special large-format wines, and a carefully curated soundtrack.

Dishes from the one-day-only menu will include:

GRILLED tuna belly / peeled baby tomato / mixed basil/ sambal matah / pickled green mango

ROASTED sweet potato / curried potato leaves / sweet potato glass

WAGYU beef rendang / fresh roti / sambal oelek

FRUIT plate with ⁠mango rujak / pineapple jamu / blue galangal melon

BEKU bars

The limited-edition menu will be served at Planque from 2pm onwards until sold out, with no bookings required, offering guests the opportunity to experience this exclusive collaboration in a relaxed, first-come-first-served format.
