When is the restaurant open?

Dinner

Tuesday - Thursday: 6:00 – 11:00pm (last seating at 9pm)

Friday - Saturday: 6:00 – 11:30pm (last seating at 9:30pm)

Lunch

Saturday: 12:00 – 4:00pm (last seating 2pm)

Do you accept reservations? Do you allow walk-ins?

Reservations are recommended when dining, but we do also keep seats available for walk-ins when possible.

What is your reservations window?

Reservations are available for the next 60 days on a rolling basis.

What is the style of food?

We serve an à la carte menu of French leaning dishes meant for sharing.

During Saturday lunch we serve a set menu at £39 per guest. The à la carte menu is not available during this time.

Can all dietary requirements be accommodated?

We endeavour to cater to most dietary requirements. Please make us aware of all dietary requirements with at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure we are able to accommodate.

Can children dine in the restaurant?

Yes, absolutely. Please make us aware if you are bringing young children to dine, require a highchair, or have any special requirements.

Are you dog friendly?

Of course. Please make us aware if you are bringing a dog with you so we can seat you most comfortably in the space.

Is there a dress code?

No, wear whatever you’ll be comfortable in.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation to avoid a fee of £50 per guest at dinner or £45 per guest at lunch. For reservations of seven guests or more, we require 72 hours’ notice.

Can I reserve for seven or more guests?

For reservations of seven guests or more, we offer a set menu at £75 per guest. Additional wine pairings are available.

We are able to accommodate reservations up to 12 guests during restaurant service.

For larger groups than this please enquire about private hire.

Do you allow private hire / large reservations?

Yes - please reach out to hello@planque.co.uk with any private hire or events enquiries.

Can I come just for a drink?

You are welcome to join us for drinks but due to our licence guests must also order food in order to drink alcohol.

Can I bring wine for corkage?

Wines may not be brought in to be drank at Planque with the exception of our members who can also drink wines from within their Planque cellar.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Can I bring my laptop / Do you have wifi?

We prefer for guests at Planque to enjoy the food, wine, and surroundings so do not allow the use of laptops, and do not have guest wifi.

Membership

Who can apply?

Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18. You don’t have to be referred by anyone or pass any tests.

How much cellar storage is included with membership?

Members have an allocation of 36 bottles storage in our cellar, or three cases of wine. Extra storage may be purchased for an additional price, up to one case.
