Antidoot is an incredible beer brewery based in the outskirts of Brussels. The complexity that they get from the blends, from botanicals grown in house to grapes sourced from friends, is second to none.
A visit to their place last year was so eye opening on what makes the perfect combination of skill and instinct in some of the best winemakers in the world.
Tom is also a wine grower as, for quality control, he has started growing his own grapes - hybrids - to blend with his beers and ciders.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
